09:00 – Pick-up from your hotel in Cusco City

Our team will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the retreat center in the Sacred Valley. This journey is the beginning of your experience, giving you time to disconnect from the city, relax, and prepare mentally and emotionally for the retreat.

10:30 – Welcome at Ayaterra Center & Facility Orientation

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the Ayaterra staff. We will guide you through the retreat facilities, including the ceremonial spaces, resting areas, and natural surroundings, so you can feel comfortable, safe, and familiar with the environment where your healing journey will take place.

11:30 – Introduction Meeting with Staff & Shamans (Maestros)

We begin with an opening meeting where you will meet the team and the shamans (Maestros). During this session, we explain the flow of the retreat, the purpose of each ceremony, and important recommendations for approaching the experience with respect, intention, and openness.

11:40 – Andean Elements Unification Ceremony with Coca Leaves

This traditional Andean ceremony is performed as a sacred opening ritual to harmonize the energies of the participants with the natural elements. Through the use of coca leaves, the shaman helps create a grounded and respectful connection with the spiritual energy of the Andes.

11:45 – Private Coca Leaf Reading with an Andean Shaman

You will receive a personal coca leaf reading with an Andean shaman. This private session offers spiritual guidance and insight, and helps you better understand your current emotional or energetic state before continuing with the retreat process.

13:30 – Kuti Ceremony (Energetic Alignment) with Andean Shaman

The Kuti ceremony is an Andean energetic alignment ritual intended to help clear and balance your energy. This ceremony supports emotional preparation and helps participants enter the Ayahuasca experience with greater harmony and inner openness.

14:30 – Rest & Relaxation at the Retreat Center

18:30 – Reunion & Preparation in the Main Ceremonial Room (Maloka)

10:30 – Private Conversation with the Shaman

11:30 – Pachamama Ceremony (Offering to Mother Earth)
