04Health and screening data
Health information requires additional care.
Please do not include detailed medical information in the general enquiry form. When screening is appropriate, we use a separate process and explain what is required before you provide it.
For participant safety, we may ask about medications, relevant physical or mental health history, allergies, dietary requirements, pregnancy, or other contraindications. We request only information reasonably necessary to assess suitability and support the experience. Providing information does not guarantee acceptance into a program.

06Legal basis
We process personal information under Peru’s Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, and other applicable rules.
Depending on the situation, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a reservation or service, compliance with legal obligations, or a legitimate interest permitted by law. Where sensitive information requires consent, we will request it through the appropriate screening process.
08International transfers
Some technology, payment, communication, or travel providers may process information outside Peru. Where this occurs, we seek reasonable contractual, organizational, and security safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
09Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, participant safety, reservation records, legal obligations, or the resolution of claims. We then delete, anonymize, or restrict it where appropriate.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-connected system is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general messaging channels.
