Andean Preparation, First Wachuma Ceremony & Integration

08:35 – Welcome at Ayaterra Center & Facility Orientation

Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the Ayaterra staff. We will introduce you to our retreat center, ceremonial spaces, and resting areas so you can feel comfortable, safe, and connected to the environment where your San Pedro retreat will take place.

08:45 – Introduction Meeting with Staff & Andean Masters (Maestros)

We begin with an opening meeting where you will meet the shamans (Maestros) and support team. During this session, we explain the retreat flow, the ceremonies included, and important guidance on intention, preparation, and how to approach the experience with respect and openness.

09:30 – Ceremony for the Unification of the Andean Elements (with Coca Leaves)

This traditional Andean opening ritual is performed to harmonize your energy with the natural and spiritual elements of the Andes. Through the sacred use of coca leaves, we ask for protection, guidance, and permission to begin the healing journey.

09:50 – Kuti Ceremony (Energetic Alignment) with an Andean Shaman

The Kuti ceremony is an Andean energetic alignment ritual intended to help clear, balance, and prepare your energy before the Wachuma ceremony. This process supports grounding, emotional openness, and a more aligned ceremonial experience.

10:20 – First Wachuma (San Pedro) Ceremony

The Wachuma / San Pedro ceremony begins in a sacred and natural setting, guided by an experienced Andean shaman and supported by our team. This ceremony is traditionally associated with heart-opening, spiritual connection, emotional clarity, and a deeper relationship with Pachamama and the natural world.

15:30 – Flowering Ceremony

After the main ceremonial process, we perform a traditional flowering ceremony, a beautiful Andean ritual of blessing, gratitude, and energetic harmony. This ceremony helps participants close the day’s ceremonial work with peace and spiritual balance.

16:30 – Integration Break with Snacks & Fruits

A gentle break to rest and nourish the body with snacks and fresh fruits. This is an important moment for grounding, reflection, and beginning the integration of your first San Pedro experience.

17:00 – Return to the Retreat Center

After the ceremony and integration time, we return to the center where you can continue resting in a peaceful and supportive environment.

08:30 – Second Wachuma (San Pedro) Ceremony

Your second San Pedro ceremony begins, offering an opportunity to deepen the healing process and continue your heart-centered work with greater clarity, openness, and connection to the natural world.

15:00 – Pachamama Ceremony (Offering to Mother Earth)

We perform a traditional offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth) as a sacred act of gratitude and respect. This ceremony helps close the ceremonial process in harmony and spiritual connection.

16:00 – Integration Break with Snacks & Fruits

A grounding break with snacks and fresh fruits to gently nourish the body and support your integration after the second ceremony.

17:00 – Return to the Retreat Center
