Diet and preparation for your Ayahuasca and San Pedro Retreat 4 days

Preparing properly before your retreat helps ensure a safer and more meaningful experience.
For Ayahuasca, we recommend following a specific diet that includes avoiding alcohol, processed foods, red meat, and stimulants for several days before the ceremony.
For San Pedro, preparation is generally lighter, but eating clean and staying well hydrated is highly recommended.

Since this retreat combines both plant medicines, we provide a complete preparation guide to help you get the most out of your experience.

Safety & Important Information

Ayahuasca and San Pedro (Wachuma) are two of the most powerful plant medicines used in the Amazon and the Andes for healing and spiritual growth. While Ayahuasca offers a deep introspective journey that helps you release emotional blockages and gain inner insight, San Pedro provides a gentle, heart-opening experience that promotes clarity, balance, and connection with nature.

In this retreat, both medicines work together in a complementary way – Ayahuasca allows you to go deep within, while San Pedro helps you integrate, expand, and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. This combination creates a more complete and balanced healing process in a short period of time.
